The Blistering BBQ was born from party specialists Blistering. As a company, Blisterings forte was to organise commercial BBQs using a 7 foot long BBQ with lots of different height racks. They were so successful that mirrored their BBQ on a smaller scale for domestic use - hence the Blistering BBQ. Constructed from Stainless Steel with an enamelled firepit, the Blistering BBQ is a well thought out cooking machine. The first thing youll notice about the Blistering BBQ is that is has their unique height control facility which means never again will a sausage be black on the outside and raw in the middle! It has 6 stainless steel height control poles with 4 different height settings for total grill control. There are 2 stainless steel hinged sandwich clamps grill racks which allow you to turn up to 21 boneless chicken thighs in seconds. It has two stainless steel trimmed wooden chopping boards which are perfect for preparatory work. These hinged chopping boards also fold away on to the top of the BBQ to
