100 old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard site in Alto Jahuel in Chiles Maipo Valley, Casa Real is named in honour of the noble house of Santa Ritas founding family. Hand-selected and sorted grapes undergo 12 days fermentation and 10 days extended maceration, producing a wine with immense body and weight of tannins. Maturation takes place in 95-new medium-toast French oak barrels.
