Chilean winemaker Alvaro Espinoza puts the dynamic into biodynamic. Bringing ecologically sound viticulture to his stringbean-shaped homeland propelled him into Wine and Spirits list of 50 Most Influential Winemakers. This rich earthy red, a barrel-matured, organic pairing of (mostly) Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah wine takes its name from the Mapuche word for Moon. A solidly-structured wine of lingering substance it exudes warm, ripe fruit flavours.
