Multi medal-winning reserva style wine from the most awarded bodega in the world - this is rare mature quality indeed ... and it`s drinking perfectly right now. Using the great grapes of Rioja - Tempranillo and Garnacha - grown on old vines in the dry and arid landscape of Extremadura near Spain`s border with Portugal the wine spent 12 months in American oak before bottle ageing. Elegant ruby red in the glass with a rich aromatic nose it is well structured with balanced fruit and oak character .
